Simulab is located in Seattle, Washington – just miles from the University of Washington’s acclaimed Medical School and ISIS (Institute for Simulation and Interprofessional Studies).

Does Simulab have international offices or distributors?

Simulab’s office is located in Seattle, Washington – however we sell products to customers all over the world, shipping them direct. We do have distributors in specific geographic areas as well – please contact us to find out about your area.

Simulab’s products are manufactured in our Seattle, Washington headquarters.

What are Simulab’s products made of?

Simulab’s products are made of a proprietary blend of synthetic material. Simulab's products do not contain any latex, with the exception of a limited number of TraumaMan's internal system components. No animal products are used in the manufacturing of our products. They can be used in any training environment including conference rooms or hotel meeting rooms.

What are my delivery options?

Simulab uses UPS for all product deliveries. If you would like to use your own UPS Account number for shipment, please contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected] or 206-297-1260 to make arrangements.

What are your hours of operation?

Simulab’s regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST. Orders placed outside of regular business hours will be processed on the next business day.

What are acceptable payment methods?
