- 90-day warranty
- Three-year maintenance agreement
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with TraumaMan within the first 30 days you can return the system to Simulab for a full refund. In addition, if any of the system components are not functioning properly during the first 90 days, Simulab will replace it for you, no questions asked.
Simulab is also pleased to include a three-year Maintenance Agreement with every TraumaMan System sold. This program includes repair or replacement of the heavily used system components that are vulnerable to excessive incisions, needle sticks, or other damage that can occur during normal training use.
The Maintenance Agreement allows for annual repair or replacement of:
- Body Form Skin
- Thoracic Cavity Vest
- Rib Cage
- Cricothyroid Cover

Yearly maintenance for your TraumaMan System will lengthen the life of the system at no additional cost to you and ensure optimal performance throughout its life. When the initial three-year agreement ends, you can purchase a new three-year maintenance agreement to keep your TraumaMan System performing like new.
