If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days of receipt, please contact Simulab's Customer Care Team at 206-297-1260 to discuss your return options. Please do not return the products until you have received a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from your Customer Care Representative.
With your purchase, Simulab also offers a 90-day warranty on all catalog products and their parts, assuming reasonable wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact our Customer Care Team at 206-297-1260 to arrange an exchange. The customer is responsible for freight costs back to Simulab and Simulab will pay return shipment to the customer.
Simulab Custom Solutions
For custom products, you will have ten (10) days after the date of delivery to inspect and test each component of the product to determine if the goods that you received conform to the agreed specifications.
