To begin your project, an Account Manager will work with you to identify goals for the project, including project overview, design considerations, timeline, and budget. We will make sure that your expectations are in line with our understanding of the project. This includes everything from materials, quantity, quality level, color, tooling, packaging, display, delivery, and many other project details.
As the project advances from start to 1st article approval to project delivery, your Account Manager will keep you apprised of your project’s progress, documenting key decisions as they occur. This means no surprises or costly changes late in the project. With frequent communication, any necessary amendments to the original project specifications can be addressed as they arise in a timely and cost-effective way.
