Following is a description of Simulab's current job opening:

Job Title:	Customer Service Representative Individual needed with MS Office experience, strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills to assist our sales efforts.
Location:	Seattle, Washington
Reference #:	CSR1378
Responsibilities:	Processing sales orders, handling sales inquires and order issues with customers over the phone and with email, some outbound calling of current customers trying to generate repeat business.
Requirements:	Minimum one to two years of customer service, administrative or sales support experience. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Competency in MS-Office products. ACT Database experience a plus.
